Yukon Road Trip

In 2019, I put together a series of paintings called Yukon Road Trip. It was inspired by the many road trips I've been on in my life. As a kid who grew up in the Yukon, we drove a lot of places. I've also spent a lot of time driving around the Yukon as an adult, both on camping trips with our kids and for work. I've been from Dawson City to Haines Junction and down to Watson Lake. The only Yukon community I've never been to is Old Crow and that is because it doesn't have a road. The painting called Yukon Road Trip (Haines Road) is actually also inspired by our family trips to Haines, Alaska with our kids. Not technically a Yukon Road Trip, but you have to drive through the Yukon to get there!
